Are you losing oil pressure when the RPMs drop?

Nice work, sounds badass.

Fantastic!

Question - if you were losing pressure due to a non baffled oil pan, why not run with an extra quart or two?

Thanks for posting, way cool!

Every flathead six I've experienced has marginal/ nonexistent oil pressure at idle.  The internal tolerances can be measured in hundreths, not thousandths, of an inch.  50W motor oil is almost a necessity.

Agreed, the best sounding racy car I've heard in awhile.

Normally I would say something about the shuffle steer but in a car like this it appears mandatory lol.

Great vid, great sound, great car, great job!

Epic... Just epic. I was able to watch about 43 seconds before soiling myself.

Suddenly, I'm wondering if the '68 Cortina I just bought is too new a car....
