Well I guess bringing my daughter's subwoofer box and amp would be a waste of time. Keep up the good work!

Every Gingerman race I've been to has been 14 h 15 m.  Don't know why this one is shorter.

Just puts me a 1/2 hour closer to finishing.

My guess would be that since this is a special anniversary race, there's gonna be a really long awards ceremony or something that they want to get done before nightfall.

I've heard some rumblings about Judge Sam making an appearance as well.

Re: A DECADE OF DISAPPOINTMENT

I will be there. I would like to get an all-star cast of judges there, but just beginning the process of talking them into coming to Michigan.

As for the Macho Man amplifier system, I still plan to bring a pretty good FM radio transmitter, so everyone bringing amps should bring an FM radio receiver and the needed audio cables to feed its output into the amp. That way we can have terrible sound coming from a multitude of amps, speakers, car stereos, etc., for a very LeMony sound.

Re: A DECADE OF DISAPPOINTMENT

Anyone notice on the Gingerman calendar that there is no test and tune listed for Friday?

Re: A DECADE OF DISAPPOINTMENT

Test and Tune can be paid for so I guess the calendar is out of date.

Re: A DECADE OF DISAPPOINTMENT

Woah, did I read this correctly that the Friday is an OPEN TRACK DAY for Lemons drivers?!

This will be a HUGE welcomed change compared the previous years running seperate groups for Lemons cars  and the 5 or 6 street cars that would show up.

Don't get you hopes up...this could change if their Thursday open track thing falls apart but my guess is with over a hundred teams, they are assuming they will have enough sales to cover them with Lemons cars only.

Not for our car...or Van...whatever we bring.

Re: A DECADE OF DISAPPOINTMENT

This race will be popular, but you can't go by registration numbers right now-- I see 131 teams accepted, but that doesn't mean all of them will pay their fees and/or show up to the race.
