Re: So, what about a school bus?

In California, any vehicle towing a trailer is limited to 55 MPH and is relegated to the right two lanes.  So, at least out here, it would be worth the extra expense to be able to transport the race car without a trailer.  I believe the builder of the Geo Metro Gnome accomplished this with a box van.

In Los Angeles, the movie studios use crew-cab box vans to move around scenery, lighting and such.  I've fantasized about turning one into a race hauler:

needing to park bus - $100 (austin)

Hello, I am a college student pursuing graduate school and currently reside in a van that I built up to be suitable for fulltime living. I did this to be able to work less, allowing me to study more and apply more time to my grades and volunteer work I sometimes do in hospitals. I leave my rig stationary for the majority of the week as I commute by dirtbike during the week to class, etc.
I do not need any sort of accommodations such as water or electric. I am ok with commercial property, and have previously done such for a small car lot, where I doulbled as nighttime security.
I am shopping currently for a small sized handicapped bus or something of the like because I need more office space!
Ideally somewhere not too suburban or somewhere secluded. Email me photos and give me an approx. area you are located. I can pay alittle more for the right spot.

Best.
R. Jones

ALLEGEDLY!
