Sasha knows where I live in South Jersey and it is highly likely I will be driving to Gingerman over Easter.  More than willing to drive it out if needed.

Seriously let me know if this is the case.  We are more than happy to host, transport or transport to some level the next race.  This car needs to do Gingerman and I will do almost anything in my power to make it happen.  I can spend April 25-27 getting it to SC as long as I can be back in town April 28 early AM to start month end closing activities.

Re: Suppose NSF was to give away another car - What would you call it?

My mother in law lives very close to the track and I  typically go out for Easter.  Was planning on going to the race as a spectator,  but now maybe I'd consider an A&D and arrive with the car.  Then I'll be at NJMP with my team.  Easy enough to meet with an East Coast team in Jersey.

I am pretty sure I can muster the effort (and people) to run the Nash and the Dustbuster to see which will be the Dominate Class C vehicle.  We know Dustbuster > (most) f-bodies but we can prove once and for all if Dustbuster > post-war body on terrible GM frame with likely equally terrible GM drivetrain with something called a carburetor..

I can also tacitly offer two other Midwest veteran teams as part of the support system...Probably more like 4 as the "usual suspects" include  Apocalyptic and Chad of the Glittery Purple Escort.  I cannot guarantee their involvement but I suspect I can bribe them with beer.

I so want you to be a part of this...on so many levels.

I was not planning to drive Ginerman 1 this year and just crew, but for chance to drive the Nash, followed by the Dustbuster...I am so in.

My team isn't racing in April either.  I was planning on going as a spectator so if you need an extra hand I'm willing to help.

Even if this does not happen and you go as a spectator, please consider yourself honorary crew, beer consumer and wearer of distinguished hat.  That gives you all the (non-driving) privileges of Team Bad Decisions including lots of food and some free beer.  In addition we always have lots of heated sleeping area.
