Looking for a garage/shop or share in NYC area

After 10 years I lost the lease on my garage in Brooklyn and looking for a new base of operation in the NYC/NJ area.  Currently operating out of 500 sq ft so if it's a shared situation would need 1000 sq ft or more. I  have two cars, a Lemons (e36) and a classic mustang, a four post lift, welders, engine lift, transmission jack, and pretty much any thing else you need to keep a car on the track.
