Topic: Harness mount

This is the first time anyone of us has installed a harness.  We have a GForce harness and it comes with the mounting bracket.  However, we also have a slider seat bracket.  If we mount the bracket without the washer, the bracket is stationary without pivot.  To use the harness properly, we'll need the lap belt bracket to pivot.  What kind of washer have you guys used or suggestions to help with the pivot.
I found Schroth has the sleeves for the bolt in bracket.

Has anyone used this?
Thanks

Re: Harness mount

Our first harness install, we used double tabs from the car with the harness hardware in the middle.

When we changed to cam locks, they clip in so I mounted the eyelets.

The Schroth stuff looks good.  The hardware should be able to pivot and not pinch the webbing.

We didn't buy anything like that, we made ours instead.  But the Schroth item looks like what you need.  Add that bad boy to your cart!

Re: Harness mount

Thanks so much for your input.   I did called Schroth and they were very helpful.  However, Schroth said their sleeve diameter maybe a bit larger then the G-Force bracket.
