You know, there are entire lines of academic study devoted to growth of an organization. One important area of study for these orgs is how to continue successful growth with a diminishing pool of high level talent.
Pretty sure the Griff makes up for a questionable mechanical acquity in his organization with a high level of humor and congeniality that fosters a cohesiveness that gets the ultimate goal accomplished.
I will illustrate here with a quote from Pulp fiction:
