Have you heard about Iracing?

I race there.  It's a great sim and has fairly accurate set-ups modelled (as in you make a change to say camber and it actually feels like you changed the camber).   At the lower levels, there are a lot of yahoos who think that it's an arcade/console game and don't care about contact.  Once you get past those people, it gets good with some awesome racing on great tracks. 

A good force feedback wheel is required as well as a higher-end computer to run the sim.
