You read the title. I can't sleep. I'm on a pretty low dose, so I can't even fight sleep enough to get weirdo trips out of it. There's just...no sleep. And a lot of boredom.
I'm a litlte woozy from the least effective sleeping pill dosage ever and perpetually dizzy from the concussion, so that should be worth something. Ask me whatever. Go. Alleviate my boredom, and hopefully I can sleep.

A couple years ago I went through a couple months where I could not sleep. I would take forever to fall asleep, toss and turn all night, and wake up early. I was averaging 4 hours a night at best. And yet I wasn't really tired. I tried every over the counter drug there is, from Tylenol PM to Nyquil, to melatonin, if the bottle said anything about helping you sleep, I tried it. What would happen with every single one is the first night it would work for the most part. Then I'd build almost a complete immunity to it by night 2.
Thankfully whatever my problem with not sleeping was went away after about 2 months. I'm still that way with drugs though. If I catch a cold the first night I take Nyquil I'm out pretty good. The second night it does nothing to help me sleep. Takes at least 6 months before i lose the "immunity" again.

Forgot to call the doctor about my lack of/light sleep issue. I'm actually kind of tired today (I wrote TWO articles today and actually drove to the store to buy TP--EXCITEMENT!), so I dunno. Maybe I'll sleep. Maybe I won't.
