Topic: Fire Suppression system - when is it Mandatory?

I've looked and it's probably me but I can't seem to locate the official word on when the Fire Suppression system becomes Mandatory.  Anyone got the scoop?  We're planning to race again this Nov at MSR Houston (and we're going to finish the race this time - no more eBay parts dammit) anyway, do we need to install the suppression system for the next race?

Thanks, that's good to know.  We want to install the system, and have one picked out, but we're cheap and broke - the fire system won't be doing much if the car won't go.  We're just trying to gauge our priorities for now.  Graci!
