Available shop/build space SF Bay Area?

Our current shop, that has roughly 4 teams, is getting sold and everything must go - that means us.

Curious if anyone around the bay area has open space for some or all of us.  We have a possible backup plan (meaning it doesn't yet exist) with American Steel.  It has it's pros and cons like everything else in life and I think we'd ideally like to shack up with existing race teams - mainly to sabotage their vehicles and of course dominate.  But seriously, if people have open space or know of roughly 1200-1600 sq ft of space somewhere in the SF Bay Area... let us know.
