Helping Out the n00bs

I've tinkered with the forum topics a bit and will hopefully be directing new teams to the Lemons Newcomers forum to ask for advice. That includes a short "How To Post" topic, so be sure to check that forum regularly when you're here if you're interested in helping out new teams. Naturally, that kind of thing is voluntary, but I know many of you like helping first-timers get their first taste of crapcan racing.

Thanks for being awesome everyone and we're building a few more new tools to help both new teams and veteran captains!
