Topic: What are you Retreating with?

This years Retreat from Moscow will be my first Lemons Rally. As the date gets closer and I'm getting more excited. My car is finally road legal, now I have a couple weeks to make it rally ready.

I've been combing through Facebook, InstaGram, and this site looking to see what others are bringing. So how about it? What are you bringing to  Retreat from Moscow?

88 Lebaron Convertible with a 2.2 turbo, that has been sitting in a garage for 3 years and didn't run. Came with a parts car that did run, but was severely rusted and had been hit in the front. $650 CDN. for the pair. What could possibly go wrong?!!?

This is our 1992 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon. It was acquired from a elderly lady who bought it brand new in Texas. We purchased this beauty for 600 American dollhairs! ( the lady cried when she signed the title over, couldn't tell if it was tears of joy or sorrow). We will be sending this nice Texan some photos via email of the car along the rally. Here are some "improvements" we made to the car: "Custom" 3 inch side exit exhaust, china's finest mid length headers, Z28 Camero LT1 cam swap(used from ebay of course), custom PCM chip from Harris Performance ( the TBI expert) , egr delete, air pump delete, cat delete, hella fog lights, moog cargo coils, kyb shocks, CB antenna & mount from Right Channel Radios, MSD wires and a bunch of maintenance crap to hopefully keep this pig rollin. Looks like mooseknuckle won't be the only Roadmaster. My wife, daughter, and myself are doing it in our 1996 roadie wagon.  However it's not as well prepared for rallying.  We're rookies too so any help will be appreciated.

for the Lemons Rally, less preparation is better. You don't want things to go well. It hurts your score.

From what I’ve heard there is going to be a gaggle of roadmaster/caprice wagons on this one! The guys at Lane motor museum are gonna blow a fuckin gasket when they see all these panty droppers! Oh and our car is as well prepped for a rally as Helen Keller is for a 10k. This is our first rally also, if you need help or tools let us know!

Thanks, much appreciated. the beauty of these big wagons so that we can carry all fluids and a bunch of tools without sacrificing luggage space.  Besides the obvious things like a jack, full size spare, impact gun, CB radio, etc, any suggestions on what to bring?

The $38 Harbor Freight tool kit is cheap yet I have actually managed to do things like a brake job with it in a parking lot. And it was small enough to stick in my Miata for the RT-66 rally without significantly compromising trunk space.
