Looking for roll cage builder or bender in MN, preferably metro area

We have a cage from RCC but it doesn't quite fit how I would like.  Since we're less than a month to go before the BIR race, I'd rather have someone local make a new main hoop and halo for us, or if someone has a bender around here we can do it ourselves.  If anyone has suggestions on where to go for that or where to get a bender, I'd rather not buy one to make only two parts.
