Re: oil level sensor

We use a oil pressure switch that turns on a yellow warning light mount direct in drivers line of sight.  Lights when pressure drops below 20 psi.

Installed after we lost an oil pump and driver wasn’t looking at gage.  Motor started making noises before he caught it.  It works because we’ve saved an engine with problems since that race.

You’ll see it blink in hard corners when the level is too low.

PS:  we also run a quart over filled too because so much oil stacks up in heads from constant high rpms
