LeaksOmatic - Leaking Bernzomatic Torch Head 370A

I have a BernzOmatic torch head that leaks after (attaching to the cylinder and) opening the valve. There's a pin hole in the top of the valve head and gas comes out at a pretty good rate. Any ideas on how to address/if this is fixable. LeaksOmatic doesn't even list this model on their website. Anyone recommend a better brand torch head than these guys? Need something for sweating pipes occasionally. Thanks
