Topic: Wrench Looking for Team in CO

My son and I car huge car nerds, and he is finally old enough to at least run for beer. I've been wrenching on cars for a hobby for about 30 years, so I know my way around a spanner. We're looking for a team we can crew for. I figure this is the best way to see if this is something we really want to get into. I may also be able to help your team financially as well. (Yes, I am willing to buy my way into friendships!) We're in south metro Denver, but not afraid to travel some. I have some tools, and a welder! (Note: I have a welder. this does not make me a welder.)

Might try posting to the Colorado Lemons Mafia group on Facebook.  It's pretty active over there.  If you don't get much traction here or there I can sign both of you up as crew on our team.  We're running two Miatas and eight drivers.  Most races there isn't much to do from a crew perspective but you'd get to see what's what and hang with a good bunch of peeps.
