Topic: Gingerman Fueling

This is our first time using hot pits at Gingerman. I know this will all be covered at the driver’s meeting, however in an earlier thread there was a question asked that never got answered. At GM, do you exit hot pits directly back to track, or are drivers required to take a paddock loop to enter the track where the entrance was prior to the change to hot pits at GM? We assume that you can choose to go to paddock or choose to go to track, but a previous poster suggested that you have to take the paddock loop before heading back on track. Just trying to get our heads on straight for this change for us. Thanks and can’t wait to see everyone!

Re: Gingerman Fueling

You have a choice…after the hot pit you can either exit pit lane in your cool Lincoln to go to the paddock, or you can continue onto the track in your cool Lincoln (after a quick belt/Hans check with the official).

Looking forward to seeing the Lincoln!
