Uh, so I guess we're the only ones still working on the car? Still no brakes (did install the master cyl last night but need to run the lines to the rear of the car), engine has only run for 20 min so far, tranny untested. no clutch hydraulics yet, no lap belt locations yet, no place to mount the shocks... We're doing what we can, though.

5 bucks in self tapping screws
0 bucks for imagination and a hammer

Those AN fittings look AWEFULLY EXPENSIVE.

:^)

Go to Ebay and look up Muscle motorsports. They sell all the NASCAR take offs. A rad hose with AN fittings is ten bucks way cheaper than the factory hose could ever be.

Our new 'low profile' front end wouldn't allow us to do our traditional doggie-style car mounting because it would have torn off our new front end while loading the car.

The solution?  Cut off the back of the parts car, of course!

Lemons is about nothing if not the prolific use of sawzalls.

The Motel 6 in Buttonwillow is gonna be destroyed by Lemons teams tonight. I can't wait, killing time at work until I can actually leave.

Not sure about camping at the track tonight.  They are closing the gate at 5.  The Old Farts team is  hold up at the Super 8.

Good luck guys, have a great weekend, be safe!  Would love to be racing with you - but the 40 hour drive hinders that.
