OK, I have emailed the whole team to find out the culprit. You sure we were the ones who hit you? Or maybe, just maybe, there may have been some grease on the track thAT your rear tires may have ran through under deceleration? Guess we have to own that one, sorry about that.

No worries man! It's all good. I'm suprised there wasn't a black flag for you though as well. We were flagged twice for contact/spinning when we were hit but the cars that did the hitting were not black flagged at all. <ggggrrrr> Some of the judges even said there was a lack of quality communication between the corner workers and HQ.

In defense of the hard-working corner crews, I'm sure there are times when you're looking elsewhere and all you see is a car spinning off in the weeds out of the corner of your eye with no clue as to what caused it. What can you do? You have to call it in. Them's the breaks.
Hasn't happened to me yet, but when it does, I'm going to try to take it in stride... and accept it as my pennance for all of the minor incidental contact that I've had in 4 races that DIDN'T get called in.
Sort of like when I get a speeding ticket... I suck it up because I know there were hundreds of other times I didn't get caught.
