Re: Some nonsense

I think he's been offered $5k many times and has turned it down.

I now have pledges of $1,530 plus enough Nutella to coat one car and enough bacon (cooked) to feed 40 drivers.

Does anyone know a reality show producer who would be interested in this? It'll have everything. A big high-pressure build, impossible logistics, trips to every junk yard within 200 miles, 40-60 other characters (drivers and crew), all capped off with the big race. And the ever amusing Lemons. And don't forget, our lovable Opels.

Maybe someone at Rustoleum has some extra cash?

Surely Jay Leno would want in on this.

You could always start by offering him $3000 for half of them and an option to buy the rest later.

I'd offer $5,000 for all of them.
