By the way, I stayed in that hotel at Sebring, when we raced there. It took 45 minutes for hot water to reach my shower, because the water heaters were on one side of the hotel and my room was on the other. As we often say about race track infrastructure, Everything Is Impossible™.

I don't remember how the water was in our room, but I do remember that no one complained or called the police about the party Friday night. Chateau Elan gets 5 stars in my book.
