Topic: 2016 Alameda 4th of July Parade

Hi All, here's the official info for the 2016 Alameda 4th of July parade.

The parade in on MONDAY, July 4th.  We start lining up at 8:30am on Lincoln Ave. near Chestnut St.

The parade starts moving at 10am, but we are positioned near the end of the parade lineup this year (saving the worst for last?) so we will probably start moving around 11:00am. That means we will finish around 1:00pm. That's 2 hours of seat time! Like I said, it's an endurance parade!

If you are trailering your car, Clement Ave between Oak and Grand should have plenty of good trailer parking, and is convenient to our staging location.
