Topic: Toyota now officially the winningest Lemons marque!

With the GT$500 Celica's win, Toyotas have now taken the Overall Winner trophy at five 24 Hours Of Lemons events, breaking the tie with Mazda. Oh, what a feeling!

In the 15 races so far, we see this manufacturer breakdown (the first 13 IOE and overall winners are listed in my Lemons Winner's Circle post):

Toyota: 5 wins (2 Corollas, 2 Supras, 1 Celica)
Mazda: 4 wins (2 Miatas, 1 RX-7, 1 Protege)
BMW: 2 wins (1 E30, 1 E28)
Ford: 1 win (Mustang)
Geo: 1 win (Metro)
Dodge: 1 win (Neon)
Acura: 1 win (Integra)

And we still haven't seen a Lemons Cressida yet!

Re: Toyota now officially the winningest Lemons marque!

So, you're saying success has something to do with reliability?
