Topic: is anyone good at vectoring? (Picture edit)

Is anyone on here good with editing/ formatting a picture into vector format so I can get said image put onto a t-shirt.  I'm much too cheap to pay someone real dollah bills to make it happen. 

So can someone do this?  if so send me a email at   ctsparky at  gmail.com and I'll send or link you a picture.

Many years ago I had to vectorize some drawings so we could laser cut them. I googled around and found a a freeware/shareware raster to vector converter. I don't have it anymore so I don't know what it was called.

Can the T-shirt makers use PostScript (.ps) files? There are also apps which convert pics to ,ps.

Try to reach Mike Meier, Team Tinyvette.  He had posted directions on how to do this.
