And learning heel-toe is a great skill to learn on track.
After racing cars for 15 years I have never had that problem until now (seriously watch any one of my other videos I'm always at 9 and 3 perfectly). I attribute it to this car having a smaller wheel and much tighter steering, and I also had major shoulder surgery last year. Trust me, next race I won't be doing that again.
As a fellow shoulder injury guy I sympathize. I'm doing the 1-2 shuffle with the steering wheel. It works well with the Alfas power steering - not so well with my other cars manual steering. It didn't slow me down at all but I'm trying not to make it a habit.
