Topic: budget for labor?

how do you account for for labor AS TRADE in your budget? I have the opportunity to do some work on a friends 70 challenger. said friend is broke. said friend offered to trade me a 70 something SL that he can't get rid of and that has been eaten by rats. is the car value free? or should I call it fair market value (IE scrap value)? or should I put a value on my time? x= $per hr  X number of hrs worked?

Could you do this with parts?

I would email Judge Phil and ask for a valuation.  Include pix.  I doubt he will sweat a 450 SL.

I'm kind of guessing for a rat eaten sl,  market value may be free, Once you smell the interior free may seem like a bit much
