Topic: Tow Strap for Dummies

just wondering what the easiest thing might be for us to make the tow strap locations.

there is a welded in tow point pretty far under the front bumper - easiest thing for us to do would be to wrap some chain around it and pull the chain through a hole in the bumper to bring the chain to the exterior of the car.

Any thoughts on the matter?

Re: Tow Strap for Dummies

That could work, but think about what it's going to press on when loaded and pulling.

Super easy method is to wrap something around the metal beam in your front bumper.

I've used expired harness webbing and done a roll bar wrap for attachment.
Wrap the webbing around your bumper beam and exit through a slit in bumper cover.
