Topic: New team in Oklahoma City looking for help.

We are fix it til it's broke racing, we have a chance of being at msr in november.

We are (currently) 5 idiots in Oklahoma City with zero racing experience who decided that it would be a good idea to find out if we like racing by dumping a bunch of money into a bland car and joining in a series that has (almost) no events anywhere near us. Hopefully we can change that and maybe get some more races closer to us.

I think we may be the only team in our area, but would really appreciate it if there was someone farmiliar with the series willing to come eye ball the car we're hoping to race.

Car is running and currently off at the roll cage builder.

Once it gets back we have to finish putting all the safety stuff we have not bought in and bolt in the seats, which we have not yet bought, and try to salvage our terrible theme we submittted and somehow got approved.

Look up OK Speed Racing on Facebook and see if they're around. They've been racing crapcans for most of a decade.

The new 2019 Topeka race is not that far.  Justin Howe used to frequent here a lot, not some much anymore.  Is occasionally seen on the Unofficial  24 hours of Lemons facebook page...but not as much anymore.  They regularly race janky Hondas.

Another contact is look up "Everyone Racers" on facebook.  Mental (not his real name) is a semi-native of OK (now displaced) and likely has contacts.  He is now a track whore so races with about anyone.
