"Race Monitor" is literally the name. I didn't know they had a desktop site, but they have a mobile app that lets you see live timing for like $5 a year, plus a little more for an upgrade to see individual team's lap times. It goes dead as soon as the race ends, though.
After the race, the results are uploaded to speedhive.mylaps.com. You can make a free membership, then click on "All Results" and find the race by name in the list, sorted by date. From there you can download a CSV file for your team's lap data to import into Excel and play with... if you're into that.
