Topic: Which EV batteries to use in your ill advised electric Lemons car?

Hello all,

I have built a half dozen hooptie electric race cars so when the recent truck load of nickles prize was announced I had people asking me about which batteries to use to build a electric Lemons car.   The short sensible boring answer is: don't.  But being involved in Lemons means there is nothing sensible about us.  I was working on new batteries for my e30 and my electric airplane anyway so I decided to make a video about the pros and cons of the different options.  If you like videos of batteries, burnouts, and boring bar charts do I have a video for you:

Hope you guys and girls find it somewhat informative.

Enjoy responsibility,

So probably 63ah Samsung cells. I'm seeing a lot of those on eBay. We use the 60ah Samsung cells and they work well, plus are air-cooled.
