Digi-key or mouser will have many options

Best bet is get a spec from sparco if you can

Ok, that begs the question of what will the buttons actuate.  My guesses:

1.  Nitrous

2.  Grey Poupon

3.  Smokescreen

4.  Oil Slick

5.  Flamethrower

Re: I bought a Rolls Royce and want to build it.

What about a grey poupon oil slick?

But I agree, measure the hole size, jump on mouser or digi-key, find any old momentary switch that fits and you like the look of.

That is the plan.  My shop is not heated and I have a lot of work to get done on the car, but I have been putting it off.

Unfortunately, no.

I need to de-hackify the car.  It will take a moment.

OK, de-hackify has begun.

Now, the problem is this may be above my paygrade....never done this before....

However, building an axle is a helluva lot cheaper than buying one for sure.

Pffft.

Darko:  "Now, the problem is this may be above my paygrade....never done this before...."

And stuffing a Viper into a Rolls Royce, by yourself, in a Bat Cave, fabricating most of it, is both AT your paygrade AND something you've done before?

Those welds are, seriously, beautiful.

You know, I think I'M gonna build a differential.  Why not?  Can't wait to see you start cutting the gears. <g>

Good luck,

I am both sad that I won't get to see this car this weekend, and happy that updates are back.

I like the idea of welding on my own ends after I get all the brackets on.  To really weld all the brackets on and have them strong I have to put a lot of heat into the tubes, and this way I know when I weld on the ends everything will be nice and straight.  Not having it all in line can add to pedal knockback and I had it really bad the last race where it was downright scary.  I was basically tapping the brake the whole time while going around the track to avoid a soft pedal....don't want to do that ever again.
