Topic: 7th Annual Over/Under Two Litre Invitational at Thunderhill

It's just Vodden be Thunderhill without it... Time to race the Thunder-Ring five-mile track, drink some lemonade, get a cool sticker, bribe your way out of the penalty box with a donation, and most of all, help defeat childhood cancer with 100% of your guess-your-lap-total entry fee and all other donations going directly to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, dedicated to defeating childhood cancers.

If your Corvair/Brickin/Bitter/Allante/Omega/Mini Moke is at or under 2,000cc displacement, you're in the Under division. Over 2,000cc and you're in the Over-The-Hill division. Bold enough to bring a full electric car? Pick your division, smart guy. The most accurate lap-total guessers in each division that don't win their Lemons class or another Lemons trophy win the two Over/Under classes. Enter the Invitational on Friday, but come by all weekend to get some cool lemonade and/or beg for Judge Steve's Mercy (ha!) by making a hefty donation when your "experienced" A&D driver goes the wrong way on the hot pit for the third time.

Winners will receive a trophy, a unique and valuable gift basket, tasty beverages, and of course, adulation by the bucketfuls.

The Alex's Lemonade Stand table will be set up near the penalty box all weekend. Please come by and enter there and get some lemonade and your event sticker. Or better yet, enter in advance via our 7th Annual Over/Under 2 Litre Thunderhill ALSF donations web page.

Confirmed that a certain California Lemons team captain / racer will be donating $250 of fabrication work from his shop as a prize for one of the two winners.

If anyone else has a gift certificate or service or anything else related that they'd like to donate to the Over or Under prize packages, please let me know via a Direct Message here or an email to skivittlerjimb@yahoo.com. Per Forum rules I can't plug your shop or business here on the Forum, but we're happy to give you a plug at the lemonade stand and over the course of the race weekend.

Confirmed that a certain company that makes circular, rubber, donut-looking thingies and may or may not associate itself with a racing series that may or may not be holding a "race" at a track that may be located in the Central Valley of California will be donating a full set of tires as the grand prize for our raffle to go along with the Over / Under contest.
