Topic: CMP practice

I tried to sign up for practice at CMP.  Of course they want you to go through Motorsportsreg.com.  They have two groups listed for the Friday before the race, Solo and with Instructor.  Just to make sure we sign up with the right group, I called the track.  They told me we have to sign up for the Lemons group.  When I told her there is no Lemons group on the Motorsportsreg.com calendar, she told me I needed to call somebody.  That is the last I could understand what she was saying.

Can anyone shed some light on this situation?

I just checked and there is a Lemons option ($250) when you register on MSR.

MSR indeeed says registration is now closed, but IME if you show up with cash, you will likely not be turned away.  I'd call CMP and ask for Sylvia to be sure.
