Any quick thoughts about a 2000 Celica GT manual 4-cylinder to 2002 Highlander Limited V6 AWD auto engine swap?

The Highlander is for repair and street driving when I can get to it.

And, someone just bought my dream starter self-build Lemons race-car [the Celica] for a drivetrain swap for something else, dammit, but I need to thin the fleet.
