Topic: Battery trickle charger/maintainer suggestion

Any suggestions?
I take the batteries out of the cars and store them in my basement over the long New England winter (and long Lemons "off season") 6+months

Anything I specifically should look for? any good or bad brands?
They seem to come in different "amps"...
I don't need anything that jump-starts

HF maintainer when they have them on sale for $5, get one for each battery. Their last email flyer had them, but the coupon expired 10/06.

If they are out of the cars and in your basement, then a small 1A charger will work. 

I throw these on my [project/rarely used cars] cars outside and they work really well.

The little HF maintainers work fine for indoor use. Kept the battery for my Guzzi alive for literally years
