Waitlist

I got an email notification that I've been "waitlisted" last week. Does that apply to the entire series, or is the waitlist a per-race thing? I prepared a livery for a car and did a bit of practice, but it only occurred to me just now that rotating drivers in and out of racing/waitlist would make having a "championship" as described on isuckatracing.com difficult.
