Our team is already confirmed for Buttonwillow. What is the last day I can register additional crew members?

HQ will send out an email about two weeks before the race to advise that the database is closing in a few days. After the database closes, it is much more expensive to register a driver or crewmember at the track.

Lately they have not been accepting any changes at all (or at the track) once the db closes.  Ask those guys how home life has been since their (non-registered) wives recently got turned away at the gate.

I can confirm the "at the track" part. I worked the gate for part of my time at The Ridge a couple of weeks ago; anyone not already on the list was not granted entry. I believe it's also true that no additions to the database will be permitted after it closes as long as the races are being run under current conditions, but that would be for HQ to confirm.
