Topic: No hot pit fueling unless distanced, controlled fueler flow possible

On the Lemons covid info page ( https://24hoursoflemons.com/covid/ ), it says:
"No hot pit fueling unless distanced, controlled fueler flow possible"
I don't get it.  What does this mean? - What is "controlled fueler flow"?

For the two races this weekend, it is unlikely to be an issue. But it means, "Lemons may restrict the number of people on the hot pit at a given time so we don't have 150 people crowded around the hot pit gate with their thumbs up each other's asses waiting 45 minutes for their car to come in."

Or: "Don't hang around the pit wall if your car ain't comin' in."
