Topic: opinions on cheapie cast "tuner" wheels with dual bolt pattern

We're gonna re- theme the Space Force RX7 and have a particular look in mind that will rely on a particular style wheel.   The only ones I find that look the part are a JNC wheel (cast) with dual bolt patterns drilled.

Anyone run a cheap wanna be wheel like this?   Any breakage due to dual bolt patterns being drilled?

Been running these for 6+ years, and they work wonderfully.

They've been in some pretty crazy crashes too and always held up very well.

I even use both patterns when I switch between track car and race car.

We run the same MST's that Brett85 runs, in a 16".   8 races, no issues.

Original car was a 1995 Caprice painted like a killer whale-

That car got wrecked so we transplanted the entire drivetrain into a 1985 Rx7... and saved over 1300 lbs

A name change is due

My dual bolt pattern wheels require 'tuner' lug nuts that have a special key.  Hole is too small for a standard 6 point lug nut. Kind of a PITA.
