Topic: Experienced Lemons racer looking for a seat at Pitt
Looking for a seat at the ’23 Pitt Maneuver with a well-sorted team and car.
I’m an experienced driver with over 20 budget endurance racing series events dating from 2009-2019. Was a team captain of my own team from 2009-2015 with a V8-powered RX7 (Malice in Blunderland). I then sold the car due to moving and have done races by filling in seats for local CO teams. I have multiple class and overall wins with my own team and others. I drive fast, clean, and consistently without overdriving the car or conditions. Not afraid of long stints, heavy traffic, or adverse conditions. I work well with a team and can help organize pit work, driver rotations, stint timing, etc. References can be provided.
Since 2019 I have been running NASA Time Trials in my own E46 330i track car. I have numerous class wins and a track record in my region. I also finished 3rd in class at the 2022 Championships at Laguna Seca. This Lemons event is preparation for me coming to the 2023 NASA Champs at Pitt.
Oh, and I can wrench too. I have a complete machine and race shop at my home where I build my car, motorcycles, race cars, and whatever else comes my way. Rebuilding engines, midnight clutch jobs, grafting mismatched parts, brakes, suspension, wiring, you name it I can do it. Not that I want to for an arrive-and-drive situation, though. A build thread of my E46 is here: https://www.e46fanatics.com/threads/hei … d.1237582/
Many of my racing antics are recorded and available to view here: https://www.youtube.com/@strebor831/videos
