Topic: Roll Cage Builder in Alabama for Barbers Race

Looking for a roll cage builder in Alabama for the Barbers Race. Our cage has to be redone because it was apparently completely wrong. Any recommendations?

Re: Roll Cage Builder in Alabama for Barbers Race

You may have better luck and more response if you post your situation on FaceBook. The forums here do not get as many eyes as a more visible platform.I would suggest a post that kind of spells out what exactly needs to be done, whether it's just a few items or a total 'cut-out and replace"

Best of luck......

See if that 944 in AL (listed here) is real and still for sale.

See if you can rent a prepped car for the event.

What vehicle are you trying to cage? Do you have enough tubing etc. on hand for a complete replacement? Help the community help you - post more information.

Try Kirk Racing Products in Mt. Olive, AL, just north of Birmingham.

He's done three Lemons cages for us and all three sailed through tech. He is a former Lemons racer and knows their specs.  He stays booked up, but worth a call.

Thank y’all for your response. It will have to be a full cut out and redo for a 97 VW Cabrio.
We used all our metal for this cage so will have to resource so new metal. Not looking like we are going to pull this one off, so looking to South Carolina race in April.
