Topic: ISO drivers for East coast events (update)

<-- That's where I am.

As the title says, looking for seats drivers for East coast events.

I prefer We'll see if this ends up in Class C and if the car you live near-enough by, I you can help prep. I like long walks around the track during sunset and doing stupid car tricks. You should be fully funded for the right match.

I've been doing this since 2016 to the tune of 3-ish races a year and 3 dubious builds. I try not to break stuff, I try not to hit stuff, and I try not end up in the penalty box. I can also play team captain if you need someone to wrangle a bunch of noobs for your dubious second car that you are using just bought a dumb car if you need to plus up your regional points.

I could post this on the fAcEsPace, but I hate that interface. I have trained my email to accept messages from the forum, message me and let's talk.

The car is a different 924 roller. Things are afoot. Shooting for NJMP.

Re: ISO drivers for East coast events (update)

Oh yeah, and I think I bring at least one additional wrench (to this event) who thinks this whole experience is so cool he insists on paying his own crew fees and I haven't been able to make him stop. To him, it's cheaper than a concert ticket and lasts longer.

He will likely ask you if you've done a compression check at an inappropriate time (like if you have an OHC engine with a missing timing belt), but he's mostly harmless and fairly useful (more so if you have pushrods).

I have many bad ideas and can be convinced fairly easily to participate in yours.

Re: ISO drivers for East coast events (update)

This is a good guy to have join your team. You want folks around, who can rig an SU carb to make a Porsche go

#289 1984 Corvette Z51 (the road goes on forever…)
#111 Tradewinds Tribesmen VW Passat Inde ‘20 (‘21 too) Thunderhill ‘22!
Gone but not forgotten, #427-Hong Kong Cavaliers Benz S500: formerly known as OMG Racing #140
Other foolishness: Finisher of Hell on Wheels (Jaguar) IOE (Humber)
