Topic: 2018 Great Lakes Mistake Reunion!!!

Hey Everyone!
Are you up for a reunion?  My team drove a 1972 Mercedes Benz as the "STRICH ACHT RALLY RACERS"....and had a fantastic time.
A super nice team out of Michigan? drove to some place in Detroit and bought the Benz for me and dropped it off at the Gingerman Lemons race.....(I need to invite them to a free seat in the Prelude in one of the East Coast races....let me know if you read this...!)
The Benz would break down initially approximately 4 times a day with various issues...but actually the last 2 days, drove without a glitch....(as a winning Mexican Baja 1000 team captain once said "we don't have "problems" ....we only have challenges and adventures" during the race....)
It was me, my wife, and a fellow Lemons racer...and we had such a memorable experience and met so many nice people...

so I was thinking, maybe some of the participating teams might want to meet up and do the Sept. 27th New England Rally this year?....it would be great to see everyone and reminisce.....
I am already getting ready....well....I got a car....1979 AMC Pacer....but I still need to make it reliable...

I will be at NJMP next weekend and I'm planning on doing the Fall Failage.  I didn't do the Great Lakes Mistake, but I visited several of the stops across PA, Ohio, and Michigan on my way to Rust Belt Ramble two years ago.  That having been said, if anyone is looking for a passenger for Fall Failage, I'm available to come along.
