I would highly recommend not buying a Yugo unless you can see it upfront.  According to Cheseroo and Spank several Yugos they looked at were cracking in half between the strut tower and the firewall.

A $350 'Buy It Now' price for all the body parts (and possibly less because auction closing tomorrow) to mount onto something reasonable isn't bad, and this is even listed as 'Engine Start' condition.

I think there's a new team in ID or MT that might be able to go for the I.O.E. (they're pretty close) using a Yugo.

The engines are basically indestructible.

The rest of the car is maybe less stout.
