I think this is one of the best videos I've ever seen for Lemons done by someone else. Such genuine enthusiasm, genuine respect, genuine enjoyment, genuine drama (without being reality-TV drama)... just really genuine... I know we always shit on auto jurnos but I gotta say these guys seem to be doing it mostly right:

LOL... yeah, their Automotive Journalist shows through pretty strong at the beginning and a couple of other places...

I gotta say, though, as someone who is incredibly happy racing a reasonably fast class-B car (and has nothing but admiration and respect for class-C racers...) a lot of their enjoyment of the Boxster resonates with me.

Story of Eyesore Racing amazing Miata build...well done, and informative, concise, ....
Although a bit of just "How we built our car", as opposed to specifically about Lemons, but still has the Lemony feel

And now I have sinister thoughts of doing a cheap turbo set up on my 1987 Prelude like theirs, since the stupid thing has the iron block A20 engine (SOHC), and there are no kits for it, and I have no fabrication skills...

I can’t post the link but one of our drivers made a short doc of the Buttonwillow race this year. You can find it on YouTube under Jeffrey Decker’s channel. The title is Out of Fuel and Out of Time: Our Nail-Biting Finish at the 24 Hours of Lemons.

Biased of course, but I think it’s great and weaves together a pretty compelling storyline. What a weekend!!
