Topic: Trade? Pistons for an E46 / M3 [S54]

I did have a cute 1979 323 at one point some years ago, and was going to do a swap with a different motor. A friend suggested his motor out of his M3 [s54? it's been a while], with these pistons. HOWEVER, that didn't happen, the cars and the motor are gone, but I still have these pistons, new, in original packaging, for an E46. A picture:

Here are the specs:
3.435” bore
Rings
Top groove width .04
2nd    groove   .048
3rd  groove .111

These are 87.25mm (oversize), so if you're boring your block a bit, these should work. I'm in the Seattle area.
