Topic: Help Ranger Road Motors with suspension install/setup at Barber

Ranger Road Motors (disabled veterans racing team) is debuting their new car at Barber, a 2006 Beetle with the 2.5/automatic/hand controls. It is ready to go except for one "major" issue and a couple of "fix at the track" details.  It is caged, harnessed, fire suppressed, seats installed, etc.  Plans are to do the comms, resistor for the kill switch, and a couple of other little things at the track Thursday evening.

They have a set of new coilovers & rear springs/shocks that were recently donated, but they just won't have time to get them installed before the race due to their geographic dispersion.  Their drivers and crew fly in from all over the country a day or two before the race at Ranger Road's expense. Their current plans are to run on the stock (factory original/2006) suspension at Barber and try to install the new stuff before NOLA.

If anyone is willing to help them install the new suspension either Thursday or Friday evening, they would deeply appreciate it and I'll make sure you are appropriately fed and watered (water, Powerade, soft drinks, coffee; and beer after track is cold) all weekend for your efforts.  Please see Ranger Road Motors (yellow Beetle) or Half Fast Racing (red, white, and green Beetles) at the track.
