What time tech starts? We have a new car and we want to go early to be prepared.
When is Potluck? We will be cooking among other things.

Tech usually starts at 12:30 or 1:00pm, sometimes earlier if they have a huge number of entries. It will run until about 4:30 or 5:00.  They'll post the schedule for tech inspections about a week before the race, along with the entry list. 

Potluck is usually on Saturday night starting an hour to 90 minutes after the end of the day's racing.
