Actually, I believe the Citation's Pontiac sibling, the Phoenix, has the most recalls in American history... but nobody is going to dispute you on nickel/dime distinctions like that.

One of my favorite recalls that I've stumbled across was for one of the Citation's younger brothers - the Buick Century (fwd A-body). Seems that on certain cars, using said cars horn would cause the vehicle to stall (not that it needed any help there).
